Dan gives real, practical advice on work place dynamics,and how to deal with challenging personalities. While we can't change the personalities of our colleagues, we can change how we allow them to treat us, and how we act or react to their behavior. Dan's advice comes in small, digestible chunks, which allows us to experiment with changing one behavior at a time. I highly recommend Dan's program for individuals. What would be ideal is if Dan actually went to corporations and changed the culture from the inside. The whole country could benefit from his teachings!

I find Dan's video's delightful as well as informative. You can be up and running with some better words coming out of your mouth after even one session. The technique of swapping out a 'bad" phrase guaranteed to raise hackles with a better one has been very helpful to me.

I've just started going through Dan's course the second time having completed it previously. It's very practical, built on work and home situations that we encounter on a daily basis and Dan's explanations are always very clear and easy to understand. I've been using Dan's "little tricks" since Lecture No.1 and I'm enjoying the outcome ever since. This is a fantastic tool to get your communication skills to the mastery level.

I had a good experience on the Communication course. I proceeded systematically and took all the time I needed to fully absorb the lessons and of course practice the exercises. It has made a difference to me and every now and then I go back over my notes and refresh myself of the contents of the course. I have called Dan's office and got my questions answered. The customer service is very good. I would recommend this course to anyone. The course was fun to do, I took breaks when I needed to because of everyday life issues and I have used the methods in conversation. That's why I give it 5 stars.
