Dan O'Connor Training Appeals Policy

At our educational institution, we strive to provide the highest quality of online courses for our students. We understand that there may be times when a student is not satisfied with their course experience and might need an appeal to be addressed. Therefore, we have developed an appeals policy to ensure fair and timely resolution of any grievances or disputes related to our online courses.
Under our appeals policy, students can appeal any decision made by a course instructor or the institution as a whole. In order to make an appeal, the student must provide all relevant information and evidence that supports their case. The student must also submit their appeal within sixty days of being notified about the decision they are appealing against.
Once an appeal is received, it will be reviewed by a panel of faculty members and administrators who are not associated with the original decision. The panel will thoroughly investigate the student's claim and determine if any action needs to be taken. If no action is needed, then the student may receive an explanation as to why their appeal was denied or rejected.
Our appeals process is designed to ensure that each student is given a fair and impartial hearing. We take any grievances seriously and strive to provide timely resolution of all issues related to our online courses. With this policy, we hope to foster a productive learning environment where students can confidently pursue their educational goals without fear of unfairness or injustice.
